  • Your first session is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation where we'll discuss your pain history, goals, and lifestyle. We'll perform a thorough movement assessment to identify the root cause of your back pain, then begin initial treatment. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's causing your pain and a personalized plan to eliminate it.

  • Every session is a full 60 minutes of one-on-one time with your physical therapist. Unlike other clinics, we never double-book appointments. Your entire session is dedicated to your treatment and progress—no rushing, no distractions.

  • We are an out-of-network provider, which allows us to provide premium, unrushed care without insurance limitations. We provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients receive 50-80% reimbursement depending on their out-of-network benefits.
