His hands-on experience and dedication to tailoring treatment plans ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation, empowering patients to achieve optimal functionality.
A multi-time marathon runner himself, Charles understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of training and racing—making him a go-to resource for runners recovering from injury or looking to improve performance.
With a background rooted in adapting to unique challenges and a strong foundation in clinical reasoning, Charlie is dedicated to providing personalized care and helping individuals regain their mobility and independence.
YJ Cho, PT, DPT, CFMT
Physical Therapist
YJ graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. From there, he pursued learning and working with gifted clinicians all over the country that were helping people in remarkable ways. Through those affiliations, he gained deep experiences working with people affected by neurological conditions, sports injuries and complex, unresolving pain.
Over the years, he has accumulated the skills of being laser focused on the symptomatic body part to improve pain, while holistically approaching the body through a combination of observation, evaluation, manual therapy and movement training to address the root causes.
In recent years, he has especially been interested in how to properly bridge the gap between rehabilitation, pain management and human performance. He believes that the most important common denominator for improving pain, health, and performance is simple: Drive the body’s physical capacity to do work beyond what you regularly ask it to do.
He is excited about the environment and platform that Zero Point One provides for people who want to take the necessary steps to create lasting changes in their body.
