Is Performance Physical Therapy at Zero Point One A Good Fit For Me?

It’s a great question, and it’s an important one… as entrusting your body, and committing time and money to someone is an extremely personal decision. Like any type of service out there, physical therapy at Zero Point One comes with a set of pros and cons.

For example, our appointments are generally in-person and run 60 minutes long. There is a clear time commitment to doing physical therapy. Also, because we are generally working towards achieving a meaningful goal, whether that’s pain or function, we will both be working hard during this process. Therefore, as much of this is a time commitment, it will also be a physical, mental and emotional effort in order to take that next step that you’re looking for.

There is also the factor of cost and insurance. We are out of network and we are not the cheapest option out there. That’s a conscious decision we had to make in order to deliver the quality of service that we think you deserve.

With all that being said, if you’re looking for a health and fitness experience working hand in hand with a doctor of physical therapy to not only achieve your immediate goals but to perhaps reach a functional level that you may have thought was not possible, we might be a great fit for you. We don’t sell a quick fix as meaningful changes take time. But what you will get here are solutions that are personalized and rooted in transforming your body and life now and for years to come.

If you are sick of being in pain and want to regain your freedom to live your life to the fullest, let us help you.
