How Does Physical Therapy Work at Zero Point One?

Physical Therapy at Zero Point One: How Does It Work?

It starts with an in-person meet called an Initial Evaluation, then Follow-up visits are scheduled to carry out a Plan of Care that is discussed between you and the physical therapist. Each Plan of Care varies depending on the goals and needs of each person. However, the structure of the session and the blend of services that each person receives look similar:

Structure of a session

  • 60 minute appointments

  • 1-on-1 for the entire time with your Physical Therapist

  • Each session is personalized to your needs

  • Full-body, whole-person approach

What you will receive each session, as needed

  • Personalized assessment

  • Manual therapy

  • Custom exercise program that is progressed towards your goals

  • Education about your body and condition

Plan of Care: Initial Evaluation & Follow up Visits

A Plan of Care is a personalized plan that highlights a progressive treatment strategy based on the findings from the initial evaluation, ongoing assessments and most importantly, your desired goals. It consists of an Initial Evaluation and Follow Up Visits.

During the 60-minute Initial Evaluation, we take the time to discuss your questions and concerns, relevant medical history, perform a full-body assessment, then review the findings and treatment strategies. We typically get to begin treatment with manual therapy, exercises and education, based on the findings.

From there, we agree on a Plan of Care and schedule Follow-up visits to create continuity of care around the goals and timeline that’s discussed. Each Follow-up visit is also 60 minutes long.

We offer single visits and packages of 5 and 10 sessions for follow-up visits.
